A booking is confirmed only when:

  • The agreed advance payment has been successfully received.

All bookings remain subject to availability until confirmed.

4. Pricing

Our quotations are prepared based on supplier availability and prevailing rates at the time of quotation.

Prices may change before booking confirmation due to:

  • Hotel availability

  • Seasonal pricing

  • Supplier rate revisions

  • Government taxes

  • Transportation cost changes

Once your booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain unchanged unless modifications are requested by you.

5. Payment

Payment schedules will be communicated during the booking process.

Failure to make payment within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of your booking or reservations, subject to supplier policies.

If an originally confirmed service becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a comparable alternative.

8. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time for scheduled transportation and activities.

9. Travel Insurance
